1) none-N4: very few tech companies these days and maybe English teachers
2) N3: more companies but still very few
3) N2: this appears to be where the bulk of positions open up

With a lot talking about blocking and "not being my friend if you..." It's important to remember that we won't agree with everyone and sometimes we need those partnerships to take down evil, like we did in WW2.
I encourage to instead be the positive influence so that they don't turn to enemies
