I have been scattering bird seed out on the #snowcrete in the back yard to help the local birds for the last week, and today I saw a new bird I'd not seen before- an Eastern Towhee. So striking. I have yet to see my favorites, the tufted titmouse. I was excited to discover a new-to-me bird though!

I have been scattering bird seed out on the #snowcrete in the back yard to help the local birds for the last week, and today I saw a new bird I'd not seen before- an Eastern Towhee. So striking. I have yet to see my favorites, the tufted titmouse. I was excited to discover a new-to-me bird though!

Still waiting for my Xmas gift to arrive- a new rock tumbler. My old used Thumler's tumbler died months ago mid-cycle. My hubs bought me a new machine, but it was on back order. Was hoping it would arrive last month. No dice 😮💨 i hope it gets here soon!

I had to buy a set of hooks yesterday just to get my hands on an H (5mm) hook. I couldn't find a single H hook anywhere for weeks. Now that I have it, I can work on finishing my hexi cardigan. I want to finish by the end of the month so I can wear it on my birthday! #crochet 🧶
