Our leading news organizations turned a cache of ultimately-innocuous emails into a scandal-coded weeklong series of front page stories leading into the 2016 election. If they do not cover the "emails from notorious pedophile implication the President" emails with the same fervor, it's curious!

Our society's moral failing isn't lack of "civility" or "respect for different viewpoints". It's that so many views are lacking in empathy/compassion that they support a government spending billons in weapons while scoffing at the idea of spending fractions of that to feed, clothe, and house people.

1. Eliminates encroachment into box, jockeying for position, and associated retakes
2. Penalties are already overpowered, which is maybe fine, but this nerfs them just a bit since it removes rebound opportunity
3. Gives keepers, defenders, supporters a proper moment to celebrate (best part imo)

Play should stop after a penalty kick is taken. It either ends in a goal or a goal kick if the penalty is missed or saved or improperly taken.

Well obviously all cars would be equipped with an 🚨emergency speeding button🚨 that when deployed would not only allow you to exceed the speed limit but would also notify law enforcement and share your location to come assist.
