I literally do not understand why they cannot provide the original video file that the screen recording was made from? Maybe it's in some exotic proprietary security camera format but that's a solvable problem bsky.app/profile/moh-...
A friend does AV in the Scottish court system and any edits or format changes are banned which (annoying as it is) seems necessary, especially reading this nonsense

I knew MPEG stood for something like that (though always thought it was "motion picture experts group) in part because I had once erroneously thought it was the name of my union (motion picture editors guild) which has the same acronym bsky.app/profile/bubb...
