Looking back on it, stuff about fandom/otaku culture spoke to kid me a lot for some reason. I remember owning an old Blue Clue's game that let you create your own dream world when you hit post game and the last thing I did before I decided I was too old to play was make an anime convention.

Man. Instagram is just dead as a photo sharing app now. They updated the mobile version so that you have to go out of your way to look for non video posts. My past few pieces have struggled to get even a small handful of likes. What a garbage platform.

Can I just say, it’s baffling whenever a character gets whitewashed in merch and the usual suspects are always like “you’re so sensitive. What’s the big deal?” Even apolitically, it’s officially licensed merch that’s blatantly off model. You wanna pay for that? Get higher standards.
