I adopted Maximus when he was 4 from a family who had 2 toddler boys that terrorized him on a regular basis. He was the husband’s dog and he hated to let him go but his wife (my friend) couldn’t take it anymore because when Max isn’t the best around small children.

When it’s too predictable, typos/grammatical errors because the book wasn’t edited well or when the book starts off strong but the ending falls flat.
