Penguin Panic is now available in the Epic Game Store! With support for achievements, leaderboards and cloud save.

It was a bit more work than I initially thought. The Epic Store is quite complicated.

The past few months, I have been playing Online Soccer Manager again. It's still a lot of fun!

A lot of popups need to be closed per session though. It could definitely use some polish...

Popularity is declining it seems. Had a group of students that didn't know about it. That's not a good sign 🫢

WhatsApp now has a huge AI button always on screen. 😱 This is too much imho. I'm all for clever and innovative use of this tech, but you CAN overdo it. An app like WhatsApp benefited over the years of its predictive was and simplicity. Seems META is abandoning that strategy now.

Penguin Panic is most popular in Vietnam! No idea why. Maybe Vietnamese are particularly fond of penguins? As one of the people reviewing it says: "This game is really fun! Definitely worth playing. I’m giving it 5 stars and recommend it to everyone." Couldn't agree more... 🐧🇻🇳

Ok, I realize that OSM is not mine anymore... Lots of things have changed (or didn't change enough) since I sold it. But still, seeing that it is no. 3 mobile sports game after behemoths like EA makes me smile 😎😬👏🏼⚽

The founder/CEO should embody the soul of the company and guard the creative direction. In addition he or she should be able to work with other people...

I would be careful with pitching your game to employees. They can be very different from target customers imho...

Back in the day I was really impressed with my 8-bit MSX computer. Even though it did most things slow or not that well. It was the novelty, the potential the shined through. That computers would change the world. Now I feel the same way about AI. Maybe AI is MSX3 and Kay Nishi is Satoshi Nakamoto.

I think the real power of it will be unleashed when trained people start using it as part of their toolkit. I do think there always will be room for human input in one way or the other.
