Today on jesncin vs book 2: Biological warfare. Menstrual headaches, stomach aches and masuk angin. Along with an allergic reaction to something I ate. This all affected my performance today. Either way, we've technically breached 100 pages.

Part of the reason I get so ambitious about my own graphic novel is that I'm not held back the way I am with client work. I get to do more out-of-the box panel layouts, I'm not told to thin down fat characters, I'm not told to remove or justify hijabi characters, I'M THE WRITER NOW

It's actually good for me that I'm not working on book 2 every day (since I have to work on other obligations). Cuz if I did, I would get so heated and driven that I'll be like that one time Kageyama was so focused on defeating Oikawa that he had to be benched to cool off

I received a question on Tumblr about the origin of the term "The Dreamfaders", which Waiohana (the sharkfolk) used in the past to refer to humans in the story, and I was inspired to do a few things.
Its origin is attributed to an old legend about the discovery of an enigmatic fossil. 💀✨
