Hyperfocus is so wierd because what do u mean I just sat in the library for nearly 6 hrs writing notes and forgot about basic human needs like food and going to the toilet?
Also most days i struggle to have motivation to get out of bed and I am usually so bad at focusing on school stuff so how tf?
