I wish I could say I was surprised.
But honestly, it’s always been heading this way.
The United States is sliding toward a full-blown surveillance state, and too many people find it easier to look away.
I get that we can’t boil the ocean.... but I’m sure as hell going to try.

It’s unsettling that Peter Thiel continues to operate largely behind the scenes while influencing systems that touch millions of lives.
Power that is this concentrated is always risky for democracy. I’m surprised more people aren’t alarmed by it.

Very nice. Lots of concepts between the lines.
Always the paradox of still movement in flow.
If you can find alignment within the current, that’s where you discover stillness inside the movement and, possibly, peace.
It’s easy in theory, but harder in practice.
