Alex Pretti was a helper.
He was directing traffic in an area of ICE occupation and then was trying to help a woman bystander being roughed up by ICE when ICE tackled him to the ground and executed him.

Alex Pretti, the man killed by federal agents today in Minneapolis, appears to have been a registered nurse, an athlete, a son and a brother, with ties to Colorado and Wisconsin.

There are essentially two ways to write an interesting story. 1) create compelling characters and then start writing them into scenarios to see what narrative evolves (Napoleon Dynamite approach) or 2) create an interesting plot device and figure out the characters secondarily (Hitchcock approach)

I think I find a new song to obsess over every 2 months, but I feel like there must be enough out there that I should be able to discover something new every day. I want to know how to increase my rate of discovery, because the algos aren't cutting it.
