Feeling completely wiped out today. Everything hurts and I’m dying.

Crikey. I ate a whole bag of cola bottles when I was 8 and I VOMMITED for the rest of the day. He ate 3kgs? Unhinged.

The way I rounded the corner into the aisle and she just starred me down. No thanks, Annabelle.

Absolutely Demonic vision at Asda.

OH! And the Polestar Roadster. I adore how this looks.

Actually, the one modern car that has caught my attention is the Hyundai Vision Coupé / Pony Coupé, and I would absolutely try one out, but its design heavily references classic cars from the 80s, which is probably why I like it.

Don't get me started on modern BMW design. Its demented. I've said it before but modern cars aren't designed by car designers. They're designed by tech bros product designers. It's been years since I saw a new car design and **felt** something other than disgust or apathy.

One of the other neighbours had on of these and yeah it was pretty, but the MR2 had a big spoiler and read more sporty I guess. Would absolutely take the 850 these days though!

Omg! It has a STAR!! Fancy! I love it.

That makes a lot of sense! And the collectibility shows in the prices on eBay!

Thats the thing thats confusing me cos it seems like these were all mostly hand-made in the 70s, but then we found an IDENTICAL one at a jumble sale. How?!
jjdodders.bsky.social
It had POP UP UP AND DOWN HEADLIGHTS
jjdodders.bsky.social
Yeah it’s not super bright at all, and I think my sister used it for the same thing. I don’t even know if i could find a replacement bulb if it ever went out anymore. Might need to grab an LED one. Maybe that’d make it brighter?

This is the first ever Labubu content I’ve ever seen, and I get it now.

Actually money is what buys them power. Dont be so naive.

I mean, yes there were other problems. There’s always problems always. But I was 6 years old and oblivious.

I dunno if you can tell from my recent posts, but I yearn for the 90s. None of that AI shit back then.

I’m just trying to unearth what these were. She got the first one in the 70s/80s and I did a bit of searching on the internet and all I can ascertain is they might have been DIY lamp kits (I can’t believe that - who has a KILN at home). Look how much they sell for on eBay!!

So growing up, my mum had this ceramic xmas tree lamp. Cute. Kitschy. Loved it. And then at a church jumble sale or car boot sale, we found another identical one and so we ended up with two. Did anyone else have one of these lamps? Were they a thing?

The petrol heads among us might appreciate this. A 1993 Toyota MR2 that was in MINT condition. 7 year old me LOVED my neighbour’s red MR2.

On sale for a modest £800 💀

Most kit is so worthless nobody bothers to repair it. It's only the really expensive amps and stuff that people will spend time repairing. Such a shame cos there's probably billions of tons of this stuff just rotting in landfills just cos trends changed.
