On Fri, ICE agents launched aggressive raids in LA. At 1 location, workers at a clothing warehouse were detained. At this same place, SEIU SWE & @seiuca.bsky.social President David Huerta was assaulted, injured, & detained while advocating for immigrant workers. He's still in federal custody. (2/3)

The #Food4All coalition is advocating for Asm Rodriguez‘s #AB1049 to remove the sponsor deeming rule from CFAP. It is an unnecessary rule that creates additional barriers for families when they need food benefits the most.

Food4All means everyone has access to the food they need and want with no exceptions, no exclusions, and no delays – and this includes the removal of sponsor deeming from CFAP!
