At some point the 1st Amendment & case law will have to be updated via trial or new law. Too bad Fox didn’t believe in itself enough to go to trial.

Best, most fair take I’ve seen re Mastadon.
I think Mastodon was like Linux. Cool, but far too technical for most people without focus on usability.
