Something I'd like to try some year (maybe in 2026?) is to host a "world tour" of meetups like this.

Choose a bunch of great cities (Toronto, Montreal, NYC, Chicago, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Tokyo, Singapore...) and invite folks to show up, hang out, and learn from each other.
Super fun to meet up with this crew during my visit to Toronto.
