I believe democracy is grassroots and gives people more rights and freedoms
Not the hierarchical structures in centralized states

Maduro isn't democratic and I'm not claiming he is but I believe democracy needs to be decentralized and bottom up, like Guatemala during its ten years of spring it overthrew a dictator in 1944 and brought actual democracy to Guatamala

Before America overthrew it in 54 of course
