Die PKV ist nicht kostenlos, sondern durch die Beihilfe halbiert. Man zahlt monatlich an die 350-450 β¬ PKV BeitrΓ€ge. Und jede Arzt- und Krankenhausrechnung zahlt man zunΓ€chst selbst und bekommt sie ggf. dann spΓ€ter erstattet. Das kann locker vierstellig sein.

Diese Erfahrung mache ich jedenfalls alljΓ€hrlich mit zahlreichen Seiteneinsteigern, die meinen, mal eben so 25+ Teenager unterrichten zu kΓΆnnen, ohne vorherige pΓ€dagogische Erfahrungβ¦ βIch bin ja der Lehrer. Dann tun die ja, was ich ihnen sage.β - 3β¦2β¦1β¦ Krank.

Dann muss man das am Anfang der beruflichen Laufbahn vereinbaren und nicht erst rΓΌckwirkend, wenn viele dann nicht mehr frei den Beruf wΓ€hlen kΓΆnnen. Warum denkst du, geht ausgerechnet Berlin wieder zurΓΌck zur Verbeamtung ΓΌber? Die hatten das ja schon 18 Jahre nicht.

Viel SpaΓ dabei LehrkrΓ€fte in MangelfΓ€chern wie Mathematik, Physik, Biologie und Chemie zu finden oder Funktionsstellen zu besetzen. WΓΌsste nicht, warum man dann nicht gleich in die Privatwirtschaft wechseln sollte. Ist ja selbst jetzt schon verlockender.

Die Zusagen zum Ruhegalt wurden mit der Einstellung gegeben. Diese nachtrΓ€glich zu Γ€ndern gleicht einem Vertragsbruch. Dann bitte auch volles Streik- und KΓΌndigungsrecht, bundesweit freie Wahl des Arbeitsplatzes u. TeilzeitmΓΆglichkeit, Sonderzahlungen fΓΌr Γberstunden und Aufstiegschancen.
