Trump no longer feels the need to kowtow to his mongrel constituency because he's going full throttle on dismantling democracy (thanks to oligarch money backing him) and is rigging it so that no other presidential election will be necessary by copying the Putin plan to power.

Ha ha! I like how she prounounces "Putin". Sounds like "putrid".

Exactly. Determine whom his actions benefit the most. That's your answer to what the motive is.

I hope that's her married name. If she grew up Spartz, she must have had a rough time.

There were 2 small crashes in 1929. The first was in March. It was stopped by a 25M credit infusion by National City Bank. The 2nd was in May. Then came the September plunge followed by the October crash. By 1932, that $100 you used to have was worth slightly less than $11.

Another female concentration camp guard. They were hanged in droves after WWII.

Canada is potentially about to elect a Prime Minister with a PhD in economics from Oxford, Mexico elected someone with a degree in physics and a PhD in energy engineering…

Meanwhile, America elected a barely sentient orange turnip.

Any Questions?!

You hope it's "temporary". But the full effects of the tariffs, deportations and the repudiation of our trading partners and allies has yet to be felt. Take a look at the history of the crash of 1929. It started with a lesser crash in March. Another in May. A steep decline in September - then Doom.

Thing is, you can't leave to visit other countries either because a) you will be regarded as a pariah b) you may end up in El Salvador when you try to return.

I'm hearing that radiation levels at Engels are 44 times normal. It seems that some nuclear munitions were part of the ka-boom.

I'll take Musk's money and then vote for the Democrats. Then I'll take the money and send it to Ukraine.

After the Valerie Plame affair, why would anyone want to be a CIA agent? Now we have another incident? And the Russians now have this agent's info.

So what has the EU to say about lifting sanctions? They can block the Russian Baltic ports. Ukraine can block the Black Sea transport. That leaves only the Pacific for Russia to transport their goods. Europe has most of Russia's frozen assets. The EU can keep SWIFT shut down. Now what?

The Ukrainians have announced a partial ceasefire with Russia in the Black Sea and on energy sites. However, Russia is stating it does not go in to effect until specific sanctions on Russia are lifted which Ukraine is refusing and the EU has not agreed to.

They aren't trying to. Remember, if our veterans are suckers and losers, then there is no need to have a care about keeping them safe.
