The Hell he doesn't! The rich & powerful get their way and the rest of us get the shaft. The strong own the weak. He's the mascot of the runaway capitalist system that puts profits ahead of our lives every damn day. Corporations have a fiduciary duty to maximize shareholder earnings, he is USA inc.

what does reliable connections even mean?

1) I'm under zero obligation to follow back every single person who follows me.
2) I have no time to keep track of every follow.
3) We do not have to connect with every person, just try our best to see & help others.
4) I wish you a good healthy happy life

I've concluded we need to find each other more in our communities. Form stronger networks. Do things together to work on the issues we care about. Of course, we can also work from home to help. Fascists want us isolated and paralyzed with fear. Love mobilizes.

I looked at many grave stones today. People who lived in the 1800s and the early 20th century. Beloved husband, wife, grandfather, grandmother, friend. Not one of them said "worker" or "consumer" or mentioned careers. It's the relationships we have & leave behind us, that's what's important.

So we just got back from our cousin Bruce's funeral in LA.
It was a very moving experience. Emotional, of course.
Saw some wonderful family, cousins we haven't seen in years.
Bruce was a beautiful human being, greatly loved.
Cemeteries always tend to wake me up about my own life.

yeah. seemed like everyone smoked back then.
the kitchen where we at our meals was usually cloaked in clouds of smoke.

We also need to put in our Constitution immediate repercussions for violating the Constitution and also for violating your oath to the Constitution. It should become impossible to ignore it and our laws and get away with it. No matter your position.
