I wish more fighting games would do wild stuff with their arenas. Explosive stuff, cars, furniture. They can still have drab, flat planes for the "serious" players.

Showa Coffee House in Shawlands have onigiri now, and they have a takana/mustard greens one. Very good! Got takoyaki and ajitama too.

Watched Slugs last night. Some unexpectedly big explosions! And slugs

Ghoulies (1985). It's a wee green dude coming out of a toilet. There honestly didn't even need to be loads of wee creatures in this film. They barely got to do much wee creaturing.

Scream (1996). Just love it a lot.

Dolls (1987). Another creepy wee animated bastards film, but they get up to more antics than Ghoulies did.

The Wolf Of Snow Hollow (2020). Intended to watch this closer to release but I was having a global pandemic at the time. Loved Jim Cummings' Thunder Road and he's the same kinda dude in this, except with werewolves.
