Nope. Quit burning carbon fuels. Cloud seeding has been happening as a local strategy almost since the Wright brothers, mainly instigated by farmers. It doesn’t explain the rapid intensification of storms, or prodigious rainfall amounts we are seeing now.

Just for linguistic clarity, a radical Christian would be someone who throws the money-lenders out of the temple(or church) and ministers to the migrants, the poor, the homeless.
