I was having a lot of trouble deciding how to render this scary lady. I went through all my favorite brushes until it hit me. A classic, the photoshop round! I haven’t used the program in years but I did start my digital art journey using PS so the round brush holds alot of memories 🖌️ #art #closeup

I’ve been rewatching the Coen Bros filmography this month and while drawing a Barton Fink illustration, it struck me how much their films feel like Far Side cartoons: funny, strange, clever, yet frequently inscrutable. Anyway here’s a thread!
