I think it was just a matter of not taking advantage of that bonus in the 3rd, and a slip of focus after leading by 16 and allowing too many drives. Oh and no fastbreaks at all in the 4th coz the defense was nowhere to be found while the offense just fell off a cliff.
Well, it was a fun fight while it lasted, before both the Dubs and the Spurs remembered their talent level.

I think as young players, their own confidence to shoot takes a hit when they know there’s a better shooter on the floor with them. It’s up to Steph to empower their shooters to shoot their shots, when they have their own good looks instead of keep doubting their abilities.
Interesting how when the Dubs are hot, everyone is hitting 3s but when we are cold, NO one can hit a 3 other than Steph. #DubNation

Wasn’t a good close to the end of the quarter with rebounding lapses and a blown goaltend from the ref but still up by 4. A lot to build on but some old habits popped up there.
