Our local Starbucks barista had a nice message today. Be kind! #williamsburg.
How about appearing on camera every day like they do? Don’t have time?
How about a press conference going through the litany of anti American democracy actions taken by trump. Are you too busy???
Honest to goodness please just go away!!! I don't know how you can actually believe you are looking out for the interests of the United States - bsky.app/profile/sena.... cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_ful...
Seriously @kaine.senate.gov and @markwarner.bsky.social? Not one post on this event? Have you just given up, or are you a @fetterman.senate.gov Democrat? There can be no other explanation
As you always write, they know how to do it, they choose not to
Thanks again for nothing @kaine.senate.gov. "Do you denounce the 1/6 insurrection?" Response: "I denounce any and all acts of violence against law enforcement and government officials; however, the characterization of the events of 1/6 is subject to ongoing political debate." tinyurl.com/4j6edsz3

Hey what about the Air Force facility for Qatar? What about the $20b for Argentina? Please stop listening to the consultants. People are angry about losing their country. Healthcare is a small part of that
Hey what about that Air Force facility for Qatar? How about the $20b to Argentina?
Under your watch while telling us we should only focus on the BUB. Every day you and @markwarner.bsky.social should be mad as hell and getting your voters fired up. Is that too much to ask?
I used your words: to defeat fascism you must peel off soft supporters. To me, a "soft supporter of fascism" is still a fascist and I don't believe they are redeemable. I did not define "actual voters who did not vote for fascist reasons as fascist." I said go after the non-fascists with vigor!
Nope, not arguing that. Arguing that the effort to peel off fascists can be spent better--by engaging the non-fascist majority to encourage them that democratic principles are worth fighting (and voting) for. The "soft fascists" will always vote for the fascists. just my thoughts
I don't understand "You will not defeat fascism if you don't peel off soft supporters." That equates to "You won't defeat fascism unless some fascists stop hanging around the really bad fascists" which does not seem to be a winning long-term strategy. There are more non-fascists, get them engaged!

I hear you. But to win elections this has to be our message, in my opinion: bsky.app/profile/chri...
Good morning.

The government is shut down because Trump wants to act like a king and steal from you.

Democrats have no obligation to support a budget that funds the destruction of our democracy - and DOUBLES health premiums to fund a tax cut for billionaires.
I have paid for my own insurance as a small business person since 1992. So yes, I do have to worry about that. That's not the point
It boggles my mind that people believe that health care premiums move the needle for Dems. R's still call Obama a "liar" b/c he said "if you like your health care plan, you can keep it, if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor" under ACA. It's too wonky and they don't care anyway.
