Training plan week 9 run 3 recovery run. Much better today without that horrible wind yesterday! Much calmer. Ready for my speed work tomorrow after my sports massage this morning 🌄 💪

I just hope he gets a little money as possible and whoever buys it, comes in and changes things for the better. Admin have done more in less than a week than he did in 10 years. I saw red flags from day 1 when he came by getting rid of SG and prices shooting up. He didnt pull the wool over me!

Tbh I am not huge fan of Halloween. Its more for the Americans, as we have bonfire night. Just my opinion. As kids we never did anything really. I love ❤️ Christmas 🎄 though.
