People shouldn't worry about the AAA gaming scene stagnating and in some areas financially flopping. Just because the bigger companies fail, doesn't mean gaming is dying. Indies and actually good AA studios are thriving and they don't need the success of big companies to justify their existence.

I don't get the perspective that you should get the newest PC hardware or you should upgrade every couple years. If I said how old my computer is, there will be people that say "WHAT? How are you able to use that old shit?" when what I have does everything I need it to do. Older hardware rocks!

I mean, outages happen. It's usually quick to be fixed, cuz they don't want it to happen either. I'm often someone who says "big company bad" but I don't see this as a reason. I'd rather shit on cloudflare if they're manipulative or being shitty to employees.
I'm not bothered to wait for outages.

Why do people say that someone's mask is off when they get mad? Do people want to dehumanize so bad online that people insinuate that every other emotion expressed was disingenuous? All of the emotions together make someone deeply human, why diminish that?

So if the Steam Frame can be used like a PC, I am very curious if people will challange themselves to use it as their main PC for a week. I'm up to try.

This is what I thought. I know it's easy to say screw big platform, but I feel that understanding the context of the features first could save people waisting their energy and getting headaches. Being conditioned to hate from twitter can cloud perspective and spread misinfo.

The moment I switched to Linux recently, I see friends and people on YouTube making the switch. I'm sorry to the people not good with troubleshooting. PLEASE look up your issues and goals on YouTube, Reddit, and read through documentation. YouTube tutorials have been the biggest help so far.
