There were two last year, one the main event of Night 1 and the other that was unnecessary. Another would be the one zillionth since they had a ready-made main event of Becky Lynch-Ronda Rousey and screwed it up.

Robertson's first Houdini act set up Mark Teixeira's walk-off home run off Twins reliever Jose Mijares in the bottom of the 11th. My postgame story was how Robertson, 24, and catcher Francisco Cervelli, 23, worked together to pull off the escape.

Congrats to David Robertson on his retirement after 17 seasons in Major League Baseball. His ability to get out of jams has earned him the nickname "Houdini" from Nick Swisher when he escaped from bases loaded and nobody out for the Yankees in the 11th inning of Game 2 of the 2009 ALDS.
