I am impressed with United States defenseman Laila Edwards, whose three assists are in a four-way tie for the Olympic lead after two games. She's in total command and a precise passer. A tremendous player AND a history maker.

There were two last year, one the main event of Night 1 and the other that was unnecessary. Another would be the one zillionth since they had a ready-made main event of Becky Lynch-Ronda Rousey and screwed it up.

Congrats to David Robertson on his retirement after 17 seasons in Major League Baseball. His ability to get out of jams has earned him the nickname "Houdini" from Nick Swisher when he escaped from bases loaded and nobody out for the Yankees in the 11th inning of Game 2 of the 2009 ALDS.
