New drawing table — My old one only tilted to 30° but this goes to 60° AND the entire table can raise in height, not quite a standing desk but hopefully discomfort will be less an impediment. Plus two drawers underneath, a shelf betwixt the legs, and a slide-out side table. I love this thing so much

On my third cup, finishing a slice of pecan pie, and this song comes on the morning’s mix… New Order is an odd band, I really love some of their songs (this one) but I can’t say that I actually like any of their albums while Joy Division is one of my absolute favorites.
I am filing comics that hadn’t yet been put away, some being the last month or so of the Krakoa-era X books… it’s incredible how that so completely crashed and then burned any possibility that I’d get suckered into buying X titles (or Marvel comics) ever again. Two fucking crammed-tight longboxes 😑
