Very sad. With this out in the open from the person now obviously in charge of the instruments of the Executive, at least the domestic portfolio, and with an effective takeover of the Sup Ct and all depts and agencies, the Nation is fully in the hands of a fascist regime. What are we to do now ! ?

I was born and raised in CAs Central Valley and I'm voting #YesOnProp50. Farm workers and people of color are suffering under this administration's racial profiling. Prop 50 gives us the opportunity to fight back on the power grab that TX Republicans and Trump are attempting.

The chip deal with UAE (or Saudi, can’t recall right off), the mutual defense pact with Qatar ,reinstating Turkey as a customer for U.S. weapons and more reveals to come were, I bet, deal making for Arab pressure to force a peace deal in Gaza. We will see…

Picasso's Guernica was "saved" by being brought to NY's MOMA where it was a jewel of the painting collections. Starting at 14 I'd take the family's membership card and go stand in front of it deeply moved. US engagement in Vietnam had begun.

Saudi's back in the day before 9/11 had multiple dedicated facilities on American bases to train their military on American equipment they had bought. Part of the diamond studded handshake between our own military and the arms builders.

IAAL for over 50 yrs. To @repdangoldman.bsky.social the legal profession might "reward" AUSA's who more accurately stand down in the face of demands that they should act against their understanding of the Constitution, the rule of law and standards of professional conduct. But not at Paul Weiss.

We now need people with power of strong integrity and great courage dedicated to the protection of the Constitution and of all of the people privileged to live in the US. The "war" on Antifa simply means we get arrested or worse if we call Miller a fascist b/c he is. But "traitor" fits just as well.

Well let's hope he's as level headed as you are (seems so) and tosses this stupidity of a case. Though I believe that with some decent investigation there might be real charges around the Clinton email shenanigans he was responsible for. Expect the statute has lapsed on those, however.

This photo of TX National Guard arriving in Illinois suggests that Abbott's troops don't meet the fitness and weight standards of the new army as described by the "Secretary of War" at his recent berating of our military leadership. He said they should resign if they can't meet his standards.

Her "smug evasions" were scripted and tabbed in her binder for each Senator. Guessing the WH, through Stephen Miller's office, provided those materials; sloppy research. It will take multiple administrations to rebuild the reputation of the DOJ as the Nation's guardian for the rule of law.
