The Three Stooges have nothing on this
Today at the Whipple Federal Building in Minnesota while federal agents rushed the protest crowd, one agent is filmed pushing a protester and slipping on ICE. Another agent has his pepperball gun broken and he slips on the cartridge holder while dropping pepperballs all over.

When I was 8, I used to watch Star Wars semi-regularly. Every time the Death Star blew up, without fail, I would say, "That's gonna leave a mark!"

I thought it was the funniest thing ever, and tbh, it's pretty funny

I think it's so important to get to know your collaborators and creative partners.

It's easy to sell an image of yourself in a short convo or a quick meeting, but that illusion fades away once you spend meaningful time with someone.

We are an MLIS capstone team working with the GAMER Group at the University of Washington seeking input on how TTRPG players find games, or want to find games. If you are a TTRPG player, designer, or both, please consider taking our research survey: uwashington.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_...

One of my goals for this new year is to use social media more intentionally.

Not more or less, but with a more clearly defined purpose. Anyways, I'm on day 6 of a marketing test for Broken Door and it's going really well so far - I'll report back once I've got a little more data.

Increasingly, I'm finding myself drawn towards TTRPGs that are packed full of flavor and very specific aesthetics.

Doesn't matter what the aesthetic, so long as the game is dripping with it.

I'd love some recommendations to add to my library, if folks have them.

This year's #ExtraLife campaign was a big one and I am so grateful to everyone that played in games, donated, reposted Bsky messages and hung out during streams.

With all of your help I was able to raise a record $872 this year and I'm so proud of all we accomplished together. Thank you so much!!

This HOPEmas is my final charity campaign with Team Sidequest. It's bittersweet. I'm proud of the things we've accomplished together.

My community has raised $222k in the last 5 years with Sidequest, but it just doesn't feel like home anymore, so it's time to move on.
