Root cause of the drogue parachute issue on the OSIRIS-REx sample return has been identified as confusing / mislabeled wires leading to the parachute systems! Luckily the "mistake" was in a manner that still allowed for mission success. blogs.nasa.gov/osiris-rex/2... #osirisrex

Crazy to think it has been 17 years since this photo from the X Prize Cup. @sedsusa had a large presence at the event. Back in October of 2006, the design of SpaceShipTwo had only been unveiled a month previously, with regular commercial flights "...expected in 2009."
