Lunch: 1st ever cannelloni. Made some mistake(s). Rolls didn’t keep their form.

Lunch: Navarin of lamb. Quite some work but result = fantastic.
Finished the Poggio Valente.
And prepared tomato-meat sauce for tomorrow’s cannelloni! (1st time)

Yes, very mild weather these days. Around 17-18°C. And dry.
Beer is a Saison (Farmer’s ale). Cloudiness, I guess, is from the use of some wheat.
It’s excellent, I recommend it.

Oh! I translated directly from my mother tongue. A meal soup is (any kind of) soup, mostly w meat or chicken that you eat as a main dish, usually w bread. So, a rather heavy soup.
My Italian meatloaf is mince w herbs, bell pepper, eggs, mozzarella. I wrap it in coppa and put it in the oven.

Cooked a veggie (Singapore mix) wok + shrimps + rice for lunch.
Takes about 20-25 minutes. Delicious!
