I like five things: books, music, history, Leeds United and some people (the funny brainy open-minded non-racist ones).
My position that Brenden Aaronson and Keir Starmer are both worth sticking with, that there's a decent player/Prime Minister in there somewhere, is starting to look a little untenable ...

My issue is with the one-dimensional tactics and the lack of potent goal threat - I'm not calling for Farke's head yet, but we may get to that point soon #lufc

There's something about certain players that make them a proper Leeds player (as distinct from a player playing for Leeds) - Bogle and Gudmundsson are in that category, I reckon, but I don't think Summerville ever was #lufc

Excellent win yesterday, but the more cautious second-half approach baffles me, we were easily the better team in the first-half, why change things to try to defensively cling on? #lufc

I hope this is good news for Sheffield Wednesday and they can rebuild. We went into Administration too, and Ken Bates sold the club to a shady organisation owned by someone who was also Ken Bates - hope Wednesday have managed to escape Chansiri for good

I'm going to start a campaign to make Lucas Radebe the next Duke of York.

It's easy to look at the bench or the manager and demand a simple change to solve the problem, but with Stach not playing well and Tanaka on the bench, Harrison and Aaronson not having much attacking threat, it doesn't seem unreasonable to make some changes a little sooner #lufc

Delighted that that entitled nonce Andrew is no longer pretending to be the Duke of our fair county, a place he never showed the slightest interest in anyway.

Yesterday's game was no feast for the eyes, & the result not much better for the soul, but we looked the equal of Fulham most of the time, & that gives me some hope - Gnonto on earlier (instead of James & sooner) & Tanaka for Stach on 80-ish minutes & we might have sneaked a win #lufc

What worried me was that Farke didn't seem to see that Longstaff and Nmecha were more obvious choices for the Arsenal game when we were unlikely to have much possession and needed experience and clout in midfield - what encourages me is that's who he selected for Newcastle #LUFC

Maybe we need a kind of Assistant Referee with Video (ARV) who can call out the Video Assistant Referee every time they make a clear and obvious error - which is often.

Good decision on the Man U penalty shout v Kyle Walker (although oddly Bruno Fernandes is complaining about it, most out of character) and I like the refs explaining the decision.

I don't really care about any football teams other than #lufc, but sport is always more fun when you take sides, so as I've always preferred Fulham over moneybags kleptocrats Chelski, I shall support the Cottagers today.

Was just listening to The Square Ball discussing the Sheffield Wednesday game and Michael asked a great question "why were players like Piroe and Aaronson not game changers?" Unfortunately Dan, as he often does, swatted it aside with "they're not good enough" but.. #lufc

The more I think about that Sheffield Wednesday game, the more annoyed I am. So little risk or urgency, such pedestrian tactics, it is just so disappointing #lufc
