I like five things: books, music, history, Leeds United and some people (the funny brainy open-minded non-racist ones).
Every single result has gone against what I wanted this weekend, this does not bode well for tomorrow #lufc

There could well be some interesting manager shenanigans soon with Frank likely to get pushed out of Spurs, maybe Eddie Howe's time coming to a close, Pep reportedly thinking of leaving City at the end of the season and of course the vacancy across in Salford - plus the big gap in Madrid.

The fact that Europe is beholden to the US for so many things, from our credit card platforms, to our gas supply, to our military, shows how well the US has tied Europe to its coattails over the years (especially the UK) - now they just need to pull a few strings and we have to dance #Greenland

Although no one could have possibly predicted it, reportedly FIFA are increasingly embarrassed about awarding its inaugural peace price to Donald Trump.

Oh, cripes alive, here we go again #lufc

@brynlaw.bsky.social - plug your microphone in fella, can't hear a thing! #lufc

Anyone else having problems with the audio commentary? #lufc

I assume Darlow will play in the FA Cup at the weekend, and perhaps keep his place if all goes well. Personally I prefer Meslier, I think he has the most potential of all our keepers, but I don’t think that will happen unfortunately #lufc

That was a fun half of football, much better than I expected - especially the yellow card for diving, that was almost as good as Aaronson's goal #lufc

Someone asked me who Leeds were going to replace if they wanted to stay up. I said probably Wolves because they looked most vulnerable, I never had West Ham on my radar - and it's not over by a long shot - but blimey it's looking like they'll be forever blowing bubbles in the Champo next term

This game is frustrating, and I really think Perri could have done more, got caught in the middle of nowhere, but we are competing well #lufc

Between the 1975 European Cup final, Klopp storming on the pitch to give Struijk a red card and Bamford's disallowed goal against Palace, I'd be hard pushed to say which annoys me more on a daily basis #lufc

Looking forward to commentators on tomorrow's game referring to "United" - it won't annoy me at all #lufc

We're playing Guess the Rules in the Villa-Forest game. The ref has cheekily changed things at half-time, and what wasn't a foul in the first half, is in the second. Now the teams need to work out the new rules - it's a fun way to add an extra dimension to the game. #avfc #nffc

Four games today, and I care about them all! I want Villa to beat Forest, Brighton to beat Burnley, Wolves to beat (or draw with) West Ham, and the only away win I want to see being the Arse beating Bournemouth - that would put the cat among the relegation-related pigeons #lufc
January 3, 2026 at 8:20 AM
Rumours swirling round that Jack Harrison might leave in Jan - can't say that'd break my heart. I also wouldn't mind if Piroe and Gruev were to move on, nothing against them, but if their departure were to free up a bit of cash for a step forward in the squad elsewhere, I'd be ok with that #lufc

Obviously I want a #lufc win, and little else interests me in the footballing world, but ... what fun it would be to see Palace beat Tottingham ... I'd quite like them dragged into the relegation scrap, then maybe we can get Archie back.

The fact that I am watching the Forest-City game does not in any way mean I condone this "Tricky Trees" nickname nonsense.

Some mysterious fella who calls himself only "A" who had just left the "RN" was emailing Epstein from "Balmoral Summer Camp for the Royal Family" where he was asking for "inappropriate friends" - if only we could work out who it is ... such an impenetrable codename ...
December 23, 2025 at 12:47 PM
Fulham - Forest ... decisions, decisions ... do I wish for a draw, taking points from both, or do I want a Fulham win to keep Forest bogged down? I'm thinking a draw is the mature thing to wish for, playing the longer game #lufc

I quite like the new Rodon role of centreback-midfield-attacking-winger, but less keen on the new VAR role is not giving obvious penalties #lufc
December 20, 2025 at 8:38 PM
I promised myself I wouldn't care about the Newcastle-Chelsea match, but there's something so deeply ingrained in my DNA that makes me smile to see Fulham's second team go behind within three minutes.
December 20, 2025 at 12:40 PM
It's odd how willing we are to pass backwards, however promising the position, yet we always throw forwards, however likely we are to lose possession #lufc
December 14, 2025 at 5:22 PM
Oh no, I'm feeling optimistic - this is going to end in tears #lufc
December 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM
Burnley-Fulham is the only game with any #lufc interest today. Ideally I want both to lose - unfortunately that's unlikely, so I'm thinking better to drag Fulham down into the relegation battle rather than cut Burnley adrift at this stage, and see them change their manager - but maybe I'm wrong.
