I have an unhelpful belief that says social anxiety disorder makes me a massive burden and I should crawl under a rock and die. I love Mayim Bialik's empathy & her philosophy on having this condition.
Having a sense of humor about it, instead of feeling shame and trying to hide, feels healing.

This is what my #piano obsession often looks like. Yesterday's haul from the Juilliard store (they're having a Black Friday sale). My new ragtime library (titles in the ALT). Henle is also having a sale on their purchase credits (25%).

So far, my #piano posts have been pieces I'll likely never play. I've been taking piano lessons for just a few months so I don't have any videos I'm proud of yet to post. But this piece is on my wish list, and I believe it will be within reach in a year or so. It's my favorite CPE Bach, La Caroline.

But this piece is on my wish list, and I believe it will be within reach in a year or so. It's my favorite CPE Bach, La Caroline.
