Just randomly remembered this B movie, which is basically Fallout New Vegas before Fallout New Vegas

Decades later, Buddy (Jeffrey Falcon), thinking that he's a dangerous Buddy Holly, traverses the radioactive landscape with a guitar and a sword. Dodging mutants, cannibals and the occupying Soviet army, he heads for "Lost Vegas," picking up an orphan sidekick (Justin McQuire) along the way. In the ruined city, Buddy competes with other rockers for the title of "The King," now available in the wake of Elvis Presley's recent death.

It's one of the easiest to breeze through imo. It's worth getting to Far Harbour if you get that DLC. It's the best thing about the game

I would also add that the experience can leave the intervener in a bit of a mentally dark place following it being so close to someone in a situation where they are going to end their life

Calling Samaritans, talking about it and taking time to heal is needed, even though it's a positive thing
