Where: Downtown Durham

For the whole time, the stretch of Blackwell, Corcoran, and Foster Streets between Morehead Ave and Trinity Avenue will be protected for people walking, biking, and rolling and closed to car traffic.

Certainly in the running for the top 10 worst bike rack design. If you don’t ride bikes step the **** back and let someone who does ride bikes design and deploy. This is nearly useless.
