Always lovely to read the responses of readers to my books.
Arrived in the post a few weeks ago, but didn’t have much time to sit down with it until now. Another beautiful body of work from one of the UK’s finest documentary photographers. Wonderful production quality from Marc, as always.

@anthonyted.bsky.social I just finished reading Chasing The Rising Sun, a good read, thanks. Informative & enjoyable. Loved the line/moment “I rolled down the passenger window and turned up the volume.” I saw Bob Dylan sing HOTRS live in Newcastle in 2007. Best wishes from Scotland.

“It has to be based upon an understanding of how an image performs in achieving an outcome.” #Editing! I love editing. I also concur when Grant writes that editing begins in the camera, at time of photographing. You know when photographing pretty much which images will make the cut. It’s not hard.

Being #photographer in #Scotland is the best job in world. Could only be improved if you didn’t have to carry heavy cameras. But when you get to travel around, see the country, what’s not to like? Today’s journey to assignment in pics. Admittedly rain is now lashing down. www.jeremysuttonhibbert.com
