Before Putin's illegal invasion, they were professional musicians. Today, they defend their home, people, & culture

This morning, the Tower of London hosted a performance by Cultural Forces of the AFU 🇺🇦

Their music is a powerful reminder of what they are fighting for

In the Middle Ages, today’s Ternopil Oblast was a borderland between Poland, Lithuania, the Ottoman Empire, and the Crimean Khanate.

Because of constant raids, the local nobility built castles.
The best-preserved: Zbarazh Castle (1626–1631).

More soon. I hope you’re subscribed to my letters.

In my thus far long life I can say that every single person that I’ve met where my first impression was: “this person has great charisma”
has turned out to be a complete sociopath.

Someone should do a contemporary version of Trading Places where they have a wager to see how it easy it would be to turn a maga deep blue and a lib violent red.

I don’t think it would be difficult at all.

I had a lump somewhere.
Called the doctors office.
They asked what was up and I described it.
I was on a doctor’s table being examined within two hours.
No charge.
Free at point of need.

I love this.

2017, Billy Earl Dade Middle School in Dallas planned a “Breakfast with Dads” for boys whose fathers couldn’t attend. They asked for 50 volunteers—nearly 600 men showed up.

This Father’s Day, let’s remember: You don’t have to be someone’s dad to be their example.
