Blumenthal: We’re going to continue finding more of the ballroom donors who evidently didn’t want their names revealed. And let me name them: BlackRock, Susquehanna International, Nvidia, OpenAI, Vantive, and Extremity Care.

And so, we will use every possible resource to expose this corruption to
“One of the only…” does that to me. “Only” is singular. “One of the few” is right there and it’s shorter to boot.

This is the president of the United States taking a break from gold-and-marble interior renovations to say he’ll defy a court order to feed hungry Americans.

Nero would be proud.

Trump did on 60 Minutes what he does every time. He spews a blizzard of lies, exaggerations and assorted other falsehoods, and if (as usual) the reporter isn’t equipped or doesn’t bother to push back, he keeps going.

Here is a detailed list, via @mehdirhasan.bsky.social

If NL wins, one hour back. If AL wins, one hour up. That’s why so many people watch, to know how to set their clocks.
I don’t blame the players. They tried. Ashton and Arnold never hesitated to run for tough yards. The defense never wavered. They were ill-taught and ill-led by a charlatan who visibly looked and sounded on camera like he’d been caught out and had no answer. They deserved better.
Announcer 1: “Ashton Daniels is back. Make that make sense for me.”

Announcer 2:”I don’t believe I can do that.”

Direct quote.
I’ve never played or coached football, and if I were suddenly teleported into a game and made head coach, I’d sound exactly as panicked as Hugh Freeze sounds now.
When they interview, he clearly sounds panicked, like a student who walks into class to find a test he didn’t study for (and believe me, I *know* that sensation). He has no idea how to fix it, either tonight or later.
What’s jarring in this game is that none of reporters or commentators are buying Hugh’s excuses and are saying that so baldly. They’re normally so deferential to coaches, but they’ve rightly decided they’re done with his BS.
And now Freeze is talking putting Arnold. So at least everyone’s confidence will be equally ruined.
They just showed a closeup of the War Eagle, and he looked as disgusted by this game as everyone else.
You know, with global warming, the average glacier now runs faster than the Hugh Freeze offense. #fact
This happens every QB switch he makes. At some point, it’s not about the ingredients; it’s about the chef.
LSU/Auburn game was a Cat 5 probability storm that whole decade.
Points to Randall for his accurate portrayal of a Gemini mission.

Alos, getting lectured on populism by a Pole is, um, something involving glass structures and rocks.
