Simplistic and one-dimensional. Our tax code is broken. When billionaires don't pay taxes, their wealth grows exponentially and their influence is extreme. Well-regulated capitalism is the engine for competition and innovation. A social safety net is required for successful capitalism.

I never use the term "socialism" because no two people have the same definition of the term. In the U.S. we blend selected elements of capitalism with social programs and services for the benefit of citizens. The House is recklessly defying the will of the people.
