Liverpool have scored in all 10 of their games. The 7 games in which they scored first, they won. The 3 games in which they conceded first, they lost. This is a very simple rule, yenno. Score in every game, win the game, win the competition. Quadruple season, baby.

Adjusting for their strength of schedule does not make them the best team in the league. But it does put them in title contention, with the usual caveats about their players stepping up and performing to their talent level, not getting a bunch of bad ref calls/ red cards, staying healthy.

Have just seen someone, who is not a Newcastle fan, call Nick Woltemade “possibly the most complete striker in the Premier League”.

I think this season’s narrative has jumped the shark, killed a whale, and suffered a slow miserable death in a beachside dumpster fire.

Ekitike starting next to Mbappe as the second striker for France. Also assisted Mbappe for their goal though in fairness a bit of a cheap assist as Mbappe did the hard work. 😂
