My best advice to try to get a handle on shit right now?
Make something.
Don't care what. Don't care if it's good. Don't care if it's just a big ass house you made in Sims 4, just lose yourself in something for an hour or so.
It' s like flushing the brain toilet.

I'm honestly so happy with my skills as an artist right now. Looking at what I've been making recently, it's crazy to be able to say that I managed to do that myself.
Especially to look back from where I started, you really start to appreciate the journey you've made to this point.
