I'm still upset i didnt have access to this info... after my mom passed away it complicated a lot of things and i had no way of being informed of my family's health history on that side. My grandma who i only recently started talking to again informed me most of the women on that side use insulin 🤦

since i started taking insulin i've lost weight and i've been actually able to function on a daily basis, i used to sleep for 7+ hours and have to nap 6 hours later, i was asleep 80% of the time and i'd feel so groggy it impacted my work and my life so much.
