Btw, this is a nsfw account! If you are younger than 18, do not follow.

I post and share art and fics of all kinds of ships, including fontcest, so if that's not your beer (or cup of tea/coffee etc.), this account is not for you.

Also, ask me anything about the Japanese language! 🇯🇵
I think I really needed that break from writing, haven't enjoyed myself so much when writing for uh, a very long time. I really love writing those two (Sans and Stretch) 🥰

Finally, I found some time to work on that last chapter of my big bone assignment. I feel really bad for not getting to it earlier, but I am glad that I can work on it now.

I enjoy writing/working in my favourite café with its soft music and not super busy level coffeeshop sounds.

I'm kinda proud of this cleaning/Japanese New Year drabble XD I think I did a neat portrayal of the two brothers. Now, if I could get Papyrus to do my oo-souji 😅

Papyrus is doing the big clean-up 大掃除(おおそうじ oo-sou-ji) while Sans is being his usual lazy self.

Sans "What's the difference to your usual cleaning mania?"

Papyrus "Sans, don't you know that in Japan, the deity of the New Year is visiting everyone's home? Of course, it needs to be impeccable!"
This time of the year is very busy. December has the common name 12月(じゅうにがつ juu-nii-gatsu 12 months) but is also known as 師走(しわす shiwasu) monks are running. Even the monks who should practice quietness and not be bothered by worldly struggles are so busy during December in preparation for the

S "Oh, who is it this year?"
P "You don't know?" *looks at S incredulously* "Next year, it's the year of the horse! Haven't you seen my drawing?"

S *starts sweating* "Ah, you mean that scribbled piece of paper? I used it to wrap our pet stone. It seemed cold, was all shivery! Sorry, Paps!"

S *taken aback by the greatness of his brother* "Uh, I'm glad I could support you. You know, I'd do anything for you!"

One of the best places to start learning Japanese is with its two syllabic scripts, hiragana and katakana. Most people start with hiragana, then katakana. And then they move on to kanji.
Doesn't sound too bad, right?

But why do we need three (actually, four) different writing systems?

Take this explanation, or humbly ask one of our skeleton teachers for a more indepth lesson about hiragana, katakana, kanji, and rōmaji.

Winter has come to Japan. Turn off the heating function of the air-conditioning for about 2 hours and voilà, the room temperature is down to 17° C (62.6° F).
Time to put on a second pair of socks and maybe buy one of those fancy heatable clothes or any of those interesting contraptions I keep seeing

Seeing other people's messages about the trees and the pressure it brings along: guys, here's a hug for all of you! I wish I could serve you some hot vegetable soup (my special), some turkey if you like, and then a slice (or two) of strawberry cake. And then let's binge watch some anime.

After some time off bluesky, I am glad to see everyone's tree! I'll go through the trees popping up on my timeline once I feel a little better. Just in case, leave your tree as a comment, and I'll send you a message (also in Japanese, if you want) 🥰

Have been suffering from a headache/migraine for three days now. Didn't have a headache during my stay in Canada, like, at all.
Is it the bed? The chair/desk? Something else? I was so motivated to keep working at the same pace as during my workation, but now I am afraid to even sit down at my desk.

Now imagine Sans and Papyrus instead of the Mario Brothers!

I think Sans is too lazy to say tada-ima but Papyrus makes him say it and also asks him to shortcut to the entrance only. Shortcutting into the kitchen always results in Papyrus dropping everything he's holding at that moment, and he
ただいま! tada-ima I am back home!
Tada-ima is actually an abbreviation of ただいま帰(かえ)りました tada-ima kaerimashita
tada = only/just
ima = now
kaerimashita = returned back home, past tense of kaerimasu.

After visiting Sans, Stretch is on the way to the airport. He tries to hold back the tears, but some are escaping him. The taxi driver throws some glances at him through the rear mirror but doesn't say anything.

Papyrus makes Sans say itadakimasu every time he takes a sip of ketchup.
Itadakimasu actually means "I thankfully receive" and is a humble way of expressing your appreciation before you start eating your meal.

Here's the kanji version 頂きます the left part is 丁 which has a plethora of meanings, for example town or ward (but to me it looks like a plate),

Sans and Papyrus go for Afternoon Tea. Papyrus absolutely *loves* this traditional British tradition. He has dressed up accordingly with a fancy orange suit and tries making Sans dress up as well. Sans is now wearing a pink tie together with his blue parka. His socks are for once relatively fresh
