#kidlitchat I've tried a bunch of different flavors, but my kids always gravitate back to plain old vanilla and chocolate - maybe because we have great recipes for those - there is *ALWAYS* freshly made ice cream in the freezer! yum!

I think pomodoro works for people who have never developed a writing routine for whatever reason - those of us who have been writing in one way or another forever slip into routines that feel natural and intuitive - I find myself getting up and walking around frequently when I hit a creative snag

#kidlitchat definitely! I do different aspects of craft in different locations around my house - the office is for typing only - I can't actually *think* in here, lol! usually I work early, then go for a swim when I hit a wall, but if creativity is flowing, I bail on the swim and go for a walk later
