Homeownership is the foundational strength of the United States. Of course it's best for citizens to own their own homes. But a 50 year mortgage is a fool's path to it. It's an easy offering from a president who has no interest in or imagination to make housing affordable for everyone.

I am on two anti depressants. I have been for some time. I do not feel less than because of it. I am grateful they are helping me live with depression and anxiety. I am quite acquainted with mental health issues beyond my own.
