Taco Bell Mini Taco Salad. Took some work to veganize this. Swap the beef for black beans. Remove the chipotle sauce and cheese. I added the purple cabbage, pico de gallo, and jalapeños options. It’s small, about the size of burger, but a nice change. #plantbased #vegan #tacosalad #renonv
