Last month, my Dr. told me i might have a mood disorder, such as bipolar disorder. I've been on new meds since to see if it helped, and it has. My anxiety is still kind of here, but it's suppressed & I'm not really depressed as much anymore. Maybe I'm just manic, but it's such a breath of fresh air😌
