Hmmm. Original Mega Man or X? I think X might win, but not Rock. Samus has some serious firepower (in her regular suit) and the agility to do what Mega Man does in boss fights, but X seems extremely strong.

It's gotta be the second team, because Samus and Mega Man are so versatile at that point. Mega Man could freeze Sonic, for example, or Cut Cammy from a distance. Samus could evade in a ball then bomb Simon. It would be quite a fight though.
