Definitely a super valid response! Sorry if my response to your question was harsh, I'm just passionate about getting a diagnosis if you feel you need it, but it's such a scary time for that rn.Maybe try waiting until the air clears a little bit and then come back to the idea when it's a less uncomf

I would say that's a negative way to look at a diagnosis because a diagnosis could really help clear things up for you so much and get you medicated if you think you need it. However, if you don't feel comfortable getting diagnosed rn, that's totally valid too. It's all up to you!

I am so fucking sick to death of this humidity and miss how SoCal used to get around this time of the year (really dry) but at least all that humid it’s is giving us some of the coolest cloud patterns, so there’s that.
